Thomas Bone Photography & Video's New Logo

Before christmas, I was approached by an old friend of mine Baljeet, who is a 3rd year Graphics student at the minute at LCA, asking If I would be interested in working with her for one of her modules which invoked re-branding myself as a freelance worker. I thought this was a great opportunity as around now is the time where I am really looking to take my work further and try and get things as professional as I can to help me when I graduate.

Her module Included coming up with new logos, business cards etc which was just what I needed as I felt what I had already was very dated and unprofessional. We went thought a few stages of the design work for the logo but eventually came up with the logo below.

The logo shows my initials put together in a very neat and unique way but is still kept really simple, yet rememberable. That is one of the main things I wanted out of having a new logo. Something that when people see, they recognise who that logo belongs to. The colours represent myself in a way. I am quite a bright coloured person when it comes to clothes, a lot of my photos an usually very colourful, so I thought it would be a great idea to have a set of business cards which were not just one colour.
From this we then went on to put together some invoice and letter templates which would keep everything looking professional. Below are some examples of what Baljeet put together for me.
