Magic Lantern RAW

Over the past few days I have had many conversations with people about the new Magic Lantern RAW firmware update for my 5d Mark ii. I have been unsure for a while now about wether it is a good idea or not due the the rumours of it bricking your camera. After reading through tons of forums about it, it seems like its something that is very unlikely to do damage unless you really have no clue how to work it. The reason I have been considering it is is plain and simply because of the results. Being able to shoot RAW on a camera that costs just over £1200 + a 1000x speed card which costs around £100, really is a bargain. The next camera up that shoots RAW is the Black Magic, which you are looking to pay around £3000.I am at that stage where I am gagging for some creativity within my work and I just feel this would add that extra buzz. Being a bit of a tech geek I am always looking for new things that can help improve my work, and this seems to be one of them. Below is a video which demonstrates how amazing this firmware update is. My new CF card arrives on monday so hopefully within the next couple of weeks I can get some comparison videos up.
