Actors & Actresses - Mollie-Mae Bone

At this early stage of the project, we have all given ourselves jobs to get done each week. Lija has gone ahead and worked on concepts and storey boards, Luca is dealing with scripts and I have took on the role of ringing around looking for Actors/Actresses and Locations. After numerous discussions with the team looking at our calendar, the time we wanted to film was when the children were at school which would have meant getting hold of a child actor would be very difficult. Then I realised things can be a lot easier if I got my sister to be our child for our 30 second DCM I-dent (see previous post) Mollie-Mae trains at Anne Oliver Stage school in Leicester and has taken on lead roles in Gypsy at the curve and Charlie and the Chocolate factory. This decision has saved us lots of hours scouting for child actors and trying to arrange time around them. Also after looking on Cast Call Pro, the child actors and actresses have similar experience, but I feel with it being my sister, it will be an easier job than working with someone completely new. I know my sisters strengths and weakness's so I feel we will be able to get the Job done to a high standard. And my sister thinks so to #thumbsup
