MTV Dance Friday 7-9pm

A few weeks ago, I was briefed on a new job by MTV. With MTV pushing the Club MTV brand, they gave them a slot on MTV dance every friday night which was called The Club MTV Pre party. My job was to create around 10, 30 second intersitials that would slot in-between music videos. This really is my biggest job yet and my first real taste of my videos going on TV. We had a new Club MTV bumper made that would be at the start of every video so I was my job to edit a 30 second clip for each venue we played at on the freshers tour. I created a quick text animation to establish each venue and then edited the best footage together. I couldn't believe how fast 30 seconds went, and with the opening and closing slide, I really only had around 24 seconds to work with so I had to be very selective with what I used and how I edited it. The music was produced by the MTV Dj R3WIRE so rights for music wasn't an issue. Below is the Line-up showing when the TV show is on and below that is one of the 30 second clips that is shown. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to upload anymore and I never actually got to watch the whole show with me not having Sky anymore.
